An Indian financial institution is intending to have a robot to meet its walk in clients.
Think of it as giving your service, a robotic effect.
The robot, that is being piloted by India's 2nd biggest private financial institution by possessions, HDFC Bank, will help clients with typical activities like withdrawing or transferring funds or simply locating the related department to have their task done. The robot is apparently element of the bank's "Project AI" system.
The un-named human like can come designed with a touchscreen technology which clients can use to enter their problem. The financial institution will quickly beta test the robot amongst its Mumbai divisions.
The venture is similar to Softbank operated Pepper humanoid robot, which can be able to examine human feelings, and also Nao robot which Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi had introduced a year ago. The $8,000 Nao, even so, provides more advanced services.
